Prices and Payment / 価格・お支払い

Selling price / 販売価格	The price of each product is displayed on its product page in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable Australian GST is included in displayed prices. The final order total is shown before payment.
Payment methods / お支払方法	Credit and debit cards accepted through the secure checkout, together with supported digital wallets including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Only the methods available for the customer’s order and location will be displayed at checkout.
Payment timing / お支払時期・期限	Payment is authorised and processed when the customer submits the order at checkout. Card statement timing is determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised.

Additional Costs / 商品代金以外の必要料金

• Australian delivery: currently AUD $0 for the Standard and Express delivery methods made available by the checkout.
• Australia Post International: AUD $35 for orders from AUD $1 to AUD $799; AUD $0 for eligible orders of AUD $800 or more.
• FedEx International: AUD $120 where that service is selected and available.
• Import charges: customs duty, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by the destination country are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Change-of-mind returns: return delivery, tracking and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original expedited delivery, gift-wrapping and insurance charges are not refundable unless Australian Opal Cutters made an error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Any applicable charge will be displayed before the order is submitted. Shipping services and eligibility may depend on the destination, order value and product.

Order Fulfilment and Delivery / 商品の引き渡し時期

In-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. The available delivery service and estimated transit information are shown at checkout, and tracking details are sent after dispatch.

Custom-made, resized, engraved, specially sourced or made-to-order products have individual production timeframes. The applicable estimate will be stated on the product page, quotation or order correspondence before the customer commits to purchase.

Many natural opals are unique, one-of-a-kind products and remain subject to availability until an order is accepted.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations / 返品・交換・キャンセル

Eligible retail products may be returned for change of mind within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the product must be unworn and unused other than reasonable inspection, undamaged, unaltered and in its original saleable condition. It must include the original packaging, certificates, tags and accessories and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are not ordinarily available for custom-made or bespoke jewellery, special orders, engraved or personalised products, resized or altered jewellery, opals or gemstones cut or recut at the customer’s request, products incorporated into another jewellery item, materially altered products, gift cards, products clearly marked Final Sale, or other excluded goods described in the full Refund Policy. Promotional or sale products are subject to the terms stated for the applicable offer.

Please contact us before returning a product. Approved refunds are normally initiated within five business days after the returned product has been received and inspected and are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Once custom manufacture, alteration, engraving, sourcing or other requested work has commenced, cancellation may not be available except where required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products / 不良品・誤配送

Please contact Australian Opal Cutters as soon as reasonably possible if a product arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrectly supplied or is materially different from its description. We may request photographs, order details and an opportunity to inspect the product. Where a problem is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or refund, and will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs where appropriate.

Nothing in this disclosure limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Business Licences / 資格・免許

No special licence is required for the ordinary retail sale of the jewellery and opals offered on this website. Australian Opal Cutters Pty Ltd operates under ABN 60 092 602 027. Any licence relevant to a particular regulated product or service will be disclosed where applicable.
