COVID-19 postal service problems that are outside of your control cannot be estimated. COVID may affect shipping, however if we find out anything that will delay your order we will let you know. Likewise if are waiting, or suspect a delay please contact us!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping to USA and Europe.

We offer local delivery and in-store pickup to customers in our area,
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Level 3, 295 Pitt Street Sydney. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are our advertised store hours (9am-6pm) Mon-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
If you ring ahead on our office mobile 0411802402 we may be able to meet you on Pitt Street so you can drive by and "kerb-collect". This is subject to availability of team to leave the office!!!
We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world.
FEDEX $65 (AUD) is a typical "flat rate" for international shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Australian Opal Cutters is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street or office address where possible.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We don't refund for change of mind. In cases under dispute we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we agree that the item was faulty or not what you ordered we will replace the item or offer you a credit note.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
