Good morning Candice,

 

Received my ring back yesterday and it looks wonderful, brilliant job!  Thank you so very much for your assistance in this and please pass on my sincere thanks for the master jeweller who repaired it.  I am wearing it again today with great pride and joy.  I just love the ring as it means so much to me.  Thank you and yes next time I am in Sydney I am planning on coming to buy more from your shop.

"I am writing to tell you that I received the valuation requested and I would also like to thank you sincerely for all the help you gave me in selecting and purchasing my beautiful black opal ring recently. It was great to receive the explanation on the type of opals first so that we could appreciate the finer points of the opals we viewed – and I was able to show Martin the benefit of purchasing the beautiful black opal we finally decided on.
