We offer an extensive customer service warranty

When you purchase an item from us and it becomes apparent that it is faulty... please forward the item back to us at your expense. Our jeweller (with 30 years experience) will investigate the item, and if he determines that it is a manufacturing fault we will refund the postage and repair the item free of charge.

If on the other hand the damage has been caused by an accident, we will repair the item at cost for up to two years.

Added to this 2 year quality guarantee is a lifetime service guarantee.

This service includes a free polishing service, cleaning service (RRP  $25), free resizing (RRP $45) tightening of your claws (pendants, rings, earrings RRP $50) and free rhodium plating with all engagement rings (RRP $120).

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping. If you refuse shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given to you.

For international orders under AUS $400, our shipping method is Registered Airmail via Australia Post (a charge of AUS $20 applies). EMS International Express or FedEx are used for orders over $400 AUD (a charge of AUS $50 applies).

Please allow a delivery time for all goods ordered to reach you within 4 weeks from date of purchase.
